You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Waijai a limited license to host, display, process, resize, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

You must have the rights needed to upload or publish your content. Do not copy logos, images, descriptions, or other materials that belong to someone else unless you have permission.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of Waijai from time to time. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waijai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user conduct, third-party services, unavailable systems, or information submitted by other users.
